Hardware + Software, one team

We Build CNC Machines —
And the Software That Runs Them.

From precision mechanical design to firmware, real-time control, and operator interfaces — we engineer the entire CNC stack in-house, so every layer works in lockstep.

Services

What We Offer

A complete CNC engineering capability under one roof — mechanical, electrical, and software.

CNC Machine Design

Custom mechanical engineering tailored to your process. Rigid frames, precision motion, and serviceable assemblies.

Firmware Development

Low-level embedded software for motor control, I/O, and safety. Deterministic, tested, and built for harsh shop-floor reality.

Control Software

Real-time machine control with G-code interpretation, motion planning, and tool-path optimization for smooth, accurate cuts.

Operator Interface (HMI)

Touchscreen UIs designed for operators, not engineers. Clear, fast, glove-friendly, and tuned for production environments.

How it works

Our Process

A predictable path from idea to a working machine on your floor.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Requirements

We map your process, tolerances, throughput, and constraints into a clear technical brief.

  2. 02

    Mechanical Design & Prototyping

CAD, FEA, and rapid prototypes validate kinematics, stiffness, and serviceability before steel is cut.

  3. 03

    Software Development & Integration

Firmware, control, and HMI built in parallel with hardware — co-designed for tight integration.

  4. 04

    Testing, Delivery & Support

Acceptance testing, on-site commissioning, operator training, and long-term software updates.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from engineering and operations teams.

Do you build both the CNC machine and the software that runs it?

Yes. We design and manufacture the mechanical machine and develop the full software stack in-house — firmware, real-time control, and the operator HMI. Hardware and software are engineered together, so motion, I/O, and the UI are tuned as one system.

What types of CNC machines do you design?

We build custom 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines for milling, routing, plasma and waterjet cutting, and specialty multi-process cells. Each machine is sized and configured around your part envelope, tolerances, materials, and production volume.

Can you retrofit our existing CNC machine with new control software?

Yes. We retrofit older machines with modern motion control, updated firmware, and a new touchscreen HMI. In most cases we can reuse the existing frame, drives, and motors while replacing the control electronics and software to bring the machine back to modern performance.

What CAD/CAM and G-code dialects does your control software support?

Our controller accepts standard ISO G-code (RS-274) and supports post-processors for Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM, and other major CAM packages. We can also implement custom M-codes and macros for machine-specific accessories such as tool changers, probes, and rotary axes.

Can the operator interface be customized for our workflow?

Absolutely. The HMI is built in-house, so we can tailor screens, job queues, alarms, user roles, and reporting around the way your operators actually work. Common additions include barcode job loading, MES/ERP integration, and remote machine dashboards.

Do you provide on-site installation, training, and long-term support?

Yes. Every project includes factory acceptance testing, on-site commissioning, and operator and maintenance training. Ongoing support covers remote diagnostics, spare parts, firmware and control-software updates, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
